The development direction of sawdust pellet mill
As an agricultural country, the output of crops straw in China increases year by year. The processing of crop straw once has been the most difficult problem of new rural construction. Discarding, abandoning and burning of straw not only waste the resources, pollute the environment, but also lead to a series of social problems. As a result, turning the waste straw and sawdust into wealth is proposed and sawdust pellet mill comes into use by more and more people.
From 2010 to 2050, China's energy development are as follows:
Around 2010, renewable energy as supplement energy accounted for about 10% of the energy consumption;
Around 2020, renewable energy as an alternative energy source accounts for about 15% of the energy consumption;
Around 2050, renewable energy as the dominant energy accounts for about 40% of the energy consumption.
The strategic steps push the biomass fuel to a higher spot. For the universal concerned biomass energy, currently the biomass energy technology in China is mainly including biomass power generation, biomass gasification, biological liquid fuel and biological solid fuels (straw, coal, etc.). In 2007, there has been 28 million rural household biogas digesters and 2200 biogas projects for livestock and poultry farms and industrial wastewater with an annual output of 10 billion cubic meters of methane. Biomass power generation capacity is about 3 million kilowatts. For the biomass power generation projects taking crop straw as the raw material, there are around 100 projects under construction and more than 20 projects have been completed and running. The production capacity of fuel ethanol taking aged grain as the raw material is 1.4 million tons. The main problems of biomass energy in development and utilization in China are the scattered resources and high cost of raw material collection. In addition to the relatively mature biogas technology, other biomass technology is still in the early stages of industrialization with great development potential, such as sawdust recycling and the development of the sawdust pellet mill. With the popularity of sawdust recycle, the development of sawdust pellet mill and pellet plant prospers in these years.
