If there is something wrong with the power supply, it is likely that the main machine and adapter of the pellet plant may burned down. Although the problem happened many times before, there are still many people who do not pay attention to this.

When the pellet plant is running, do not shake the machine. Because when the machine is running, the pinch of the sieve is screening uniformly. The sieve will be shaking if you shake the machine, as a result, unqualified products would be produced in the pellet plant. In the maintenance of pellet plant, the operator should pay attention to the following questions when disassembling the machine:
1, The operator should be ready for assembly of pellet plant when disassembling the pellet plant. In order to improve the assembly efficiency and ensure the correctness of the assembly, the operator should pay attention to make marks and check the marks in the disassembling process.
2, The surface dirt and oil of the pellet plant should be removed before disassembling, and keep the pellet plant clean in the process.
3, Disassembling the pellet plant according to the need and as less as possible. Do not tear down the part that is prohibited.
4, suitable tools should be used when disassembling the pellet plant, don't hit or knock the pellet plant fiercely, in order to avoid the parts damage or deformation.
5, Remove the part of pellet plant in a reasonable order, usually from the attachment to the main parts and from the outside to the inside. First, dismantle the complete machine into assembly, then take the assembly apart into components and parts.
