Safety precautions of wood pellet plant production

1. Check whether the ground wire is in good condition before turning on the power. It is forbidden to turn on the power supply of wood pellet plant in the absence of grounding or start the machine.
2. When powering on or working, don't touch any electrical components in the electrical cabinets and work station, otherwise there would be an electric shock.
3. Do not operate any switch knob with wet hand in order to prevent electric shock.
4. Don't check the line or replace electrical components in live working, otherwise you will get an electric shock or injured.
5. Only the maintenance personnel who have the corresponding operation qualification can repair the equipment strictly in accordance with the requirements for electrical repair technology to avoid the accident.
6. The machinery maintenance personnel should ensure that the wood pellet plant is stop when in maintenance, cut off all the power supply and put up warning signs so as to avoid sudden running of wood pellet plant and result in the occurrence of accidents.
7. Do not touch the rotating parts of wood pellet plant by hand or other items at any moment. Touching the rotating parts will direct damage the person or wood pellet plant.
8. There should be good ventilation and lighting in the wood pellet plant. The raw material and product cannot be stored in the workshop. Keep the exit passageway unblocked and clean the dust in the workshop timely. It is not allowed to smoke in the workshop to prevent dust explosion.
9. Check whether the fire prevention facilities are effective before working.
10. Children are not allowed to be close to the wood pellet plant at any time, which may cause disability to the children.
11. Inject special grease in the roller bearing of wood pellet plant after operating for 12 hours.
12. When turning the roller by hand, you must cut off the power supply first. It is strictly prohibited to contact the roller or flat die in operation by hand or other items.
13. People who are not familiar with the mechanical performance of wood pellet plant are not allowed to make mechanical operation or maintenance no matter the machine is in starting or stopping state.
14. The clearance of roller and flat die may not be less than 0.1mm. If it is too small, the roller and die would contact directly, which would lead to excessive wear of the roller and flat die, even make the machine damaged.
15. When the temperature of the wood pellet plant is below 10℃, the lubricating oil is easy to freeze. In that case, heat the machine to 10℃ or so and then start it. Idle the machine for twenty minutes before normal production, otherwise the bearing of wood pellet plant would be burnt more easily.
