Pellet Production Line for good wood pellet making project

Wood pellet production line refers to wood pellet plant, which as a whole is capable of processing wood waste into wood pellets for creating biomass energy (raw material scope covers wood chips, saw dust, planer particles, etc.). Pellet production lines are varied in scale and production yield from three kilowatt to 375 kilowatt (five horsepower to 500 horsepower) or even bigger. Technically, wood pellets or agro pellet fuel are extruded from pellet mill equipment, namely pellet machine or pellet press machine,via compression of biomass raw material through small round holes inside a ring die or flat die, namely the honeycomb pressing mold within pellet mills. The super high pressure should be generated based upon interaction force between press rollers and the mold. Under the harsh circumstance of high temp and high pressure, mealy material will be squeezed continuously into cylinder or column-type solid material which will further be cut into granules section by section by a cutting blade outside of pelleting chamber.

Sawdust Pellet Plant

Pellet Mill actually is the most pivotal machine of a wood pellet production line in which wood material will be converged  into pelletizing chamber of pellet mill from conditioner and screw conveyer on top of the former. Through the work of wood pellet production line, wood waste and agro waste will be solidified into pellet fuel thanks to the squeezing force produced by press rollers and the mold. Prior to pellet mill, raw material shall be pretreated well, such as crushing and drying, and then after pelletization, hot fresh pellets should be cooled with a cooler and separated from disqualified mealy material. After the abovementioned procedures, pellets can be packaged either in KG bags or in bulk bags. 



How to start a pellet plant?

Within a pellet plant, wood pellets can also be stored just within a surge bin for interim storage of pellets. However, pellets should not be exposed in the open air for a long time because moisture content of  pellets may be changed due to the ability of absorbing moisture of pellets per se in the wood pellet production line. Hence, pellets are supposed to be packaged shortly after they are produced.

Wood pellets squeezed within a wood pellet production line will then be employed in energy generation systems such as for the use of  industrial central heating boilers, pellet ovens and pellet cookouts. Each single wood pellet actually have access to identical quality in dimensions, moisture content and value uniformly.
