Analyzing reasons for breakage of ring die

1.Domestic material which made of the ring die is unstable and irregular and it has regional interior stresses with ring die (material suppliers should compensate for the loss).
2.High porosity of ring die for pellet mill (according to customer’s request) give rise to declining of hardness and toughness of ring die.

3.Thickness of ring die is so thin (without release period requested by customer) that hardness of ring die for pellet mill is lowering. 
4.During the operation of ring die for pellet mill, ring die is broken by the compress force from hard objects( for example, bearing balls which falling into the pellet making chamber) .
5.Ring die is in eccentric statement and has uneven stress with fixtures during the installment of ring die for pellet mill, (located at the concentric position with assembly of press roller)  that cause ring die for pellet mill bear unidirectional vibration constantly.

Ring die is the central parts of sawdust pellet mill, and it is the quickest wearing part. According to estimation, the consumption ring die account for about 25% of the fee for repair in the whole workhouse. At the same time, it has direct relationship with the pellet quality.
