1. Check up the gadget monthly especially the worm, gear, bolt on the lubricating block, the bearing and other mobile parts if it is flexible and the wear condition. Timely examine and repair the broken part. Please don’t use the machine reluctantly.

 

2. Put the machine in clean and dry condition.

 Please do not use it in acid condition or other corrosive atmospheres. 

 

3 It is necessary to take out the rotate roller and clean up or brush off the remaining content after using the machine or a pause. After that, install the roller for the next use. 

 

4. Please adjust screwM10 on the front bearing pawn to the proper spot when the roller shuttled front and back. Please adjust screwM10 back on the bearing frame to the proper spot if the gear shaft shuttled. The space should make the bearing soundless, and adjust the tightness of hand turning pulley. It may damage the machine weather it’s too tight or too loose.

 

5 It is necessary to wipe up the whole body of the machine and wipe the surface with rust prevention oil if unused for a long time. Please cover the machine with tarpaulin.
