The requirement for pelletizing of sawdust pellet mill

1.The prepared powdery material of sawdust pellet mill should be in certain proportions: the feedstock of sawdust pellet mill are usually smaller than 2/3 of ring die hole diameter with complete sifting 

2.The moisture content of raw material of sawdust pellet mill after tempering should be controlled at 15% to 18%. The more uniform the moisture content is, the higher the pelletizing rate is, and the density is high. 

3.The sawdust pellet mill should be equipped with magnetic separator, so that the ring die can not be damaged which avoid of unnecessary loss. 

 

In all, pellet quality and production amount has close relationship with the quality of the workers.
