The price of one set of biomass pellet machine

Biomass pellet machine refers to the pellet fuel forming machine taking agricultural wastes such as sawdust, corn straw and rice straw as raw materials. Pellets made by biomass pellet machine can be used in fireplace, boiler and 
biomass power plant. The price of biomass pellet machine depends on the production of pellet fuel, biomass raw materials and other factors.

 

First, the requirements for moisture content of raw materials are very harsh. If the moisture content of material is too high that the die holes are easy to be blocked and no pellet can be produced; if the moisture content is too low or the materials are too dry, then pellets can not mould for the viscosity is not enough. Excessive moisture content of raw materials are prone to block the die and skid. The operator should control the moisture content of raw materials before feeding into the pellet machine. Higher moisture content would lead to the skid phenomenon in the ring die and pellets are not easy to be discharged.

 

If the moisture of your raw materials meets the requirements, then wood pellet can be made with only one biomass pellet machine. If the moisture content can not up to the requirements, the materials need to be drying. Therefore, it is necessary to be equipped with a dryer and hot air furnace on the basis that your raw materials are wood. If your raw materials are wood chips or straw which need to be crushed, then one more procedure should be added. If the raw material of customers is bark, then a pulverizer should be used.

 

While some customers use leftovers of wood as raw materials, for leftovers of wood is inexpensive and easy to get. Therefore, this situation is quite common. A wood cutting machine should be used to cut the irregular leftovers into chips and then crush the chips.

 

If the production of pellet machine is more than 1 ton, then a cooling machine is needed, because the temperature of wood pellets just produced is around 50-60 degrees and the pellets are steaming. The purpose of cooling is to cool the pellets, extract parts of heat and steam with wind to make the pellets meet the standard of directly bagging sales. Without cooling or not eager for bagging and selling, water vapor and heat would get damp after being sealed, which would impact the molding. For the packaging machine, customers could choose according to their own needs.

 

So the price of a biomass pellet machine should be counted after appropriate equipment are equipped according to the material and its moisture content.
