Strategic positioning of renewable energy

Recently, Wang Jun, Director of new energy and renewable energy department of The National Energy Bureau accept the media journalist to interview on the basis of the current development of the new energy and renewable energy in our country. He talked about China's energy strategy positioning planning target, its strategic steps are: 
 
Around 2010, renewable energy as a kind of complement energy account for about 10% of the total energy consumption.
Around 2020, renewable energy as a kind of replacement energy account for about 15% of the total energy consumption. 
Around 2030, renewable energy as the mainstream energy account for about 25% of the total energy consumption. 
Around 2050, renewable energy as the dominant energy account for about 40% of the total energy consumption. 
 
For the biomass energy with common concern, Director Wang talked about the current situation of the development of biomass energy. At present, the biomass energy technology mainly includes biomass energy power generation, biomass energy gasification, biomass energy liquid fuel and biomass pellet fuel in out country. By 2007, there are about 280 million household biogas pools in rural area, 2200 livestock and poultry farms and industrial wastewater biogas project, and the annual output of gas reached about 10 billion cubic meters. The installed capacity of biomass energy is about 30 million KW. There are about 100 biomass pellet fuel project with straw as raw materials and the power generation project are being built and the there are about 20 has been built in operation. The primary problems which faced with our country in the light of biomass energy development and applying are: separated resources and high cost of collecting raw materials. The biomass energy technology is still in the early stages except the biogas technology are mature, and it has big potential for exploration. For example, the recycling of straw, many people think that the straw is wastes. After that, people begin to realize the importance of recycling of straw. As popularize of recycling of straw, it has been developed and applied increasingly. The users of straw pellet mill are mainly in South regions, which are mainly pellet fuel, pellet fuel, and the fertilizer is the assisted digestion method.
 
Straw pellet machine developed from the feed pellet machine, so the processed pellets are mainly used as the feed for cow and sheep at the early stages of evolution. Later, the emergence of the slogan of energy saving and environmental protection, the rising price of coal and the changing environment of the city, straw briquetting and straw pellet increasingly permeate to biomass energy industry, it can supply the fuel for power generation at the same time. That means that the biomass pellet fuel producers should adopt the method of small profit but quick turnover to lower the market prices on the basis of ensuring the product quality. As well as the commitment of there respects and good after sale service which reassure the farmers to promote the marketing process. The farmers use the formation fuel as a clean fuel.  

Using straw pellet machine to process straw materials is a common method in agriculture and animal husbandry industry. Straw pellets produced by straw pellet machine can be used as the energy to replace coal and oil for combustion, which solves the problem of on site burning of straw and makes great contribution to reduce haze. By 2050, the strategic positioning of renewable energy is the leading energy. Currently, three big energy supplying system has come into being in the world: electricity system, petroleum supplying system and natural gas supplying network. The three energy systems can not be changed during short period of time, but various economies have draw up the strategic planning of renewable energy. Until 2020 to 2050, the renewable energy account for about 20% and 50% of the world total energy consumption separately in Europe Union; in the Untied States, the wind power generation account for about 20% of the total machine capacity until 2030; biomass liquid fuel will replace 30% of fossil fuel; In Japan, the renewable energy will replace of 50% of the total energy supply by 2050. As the confirmation of national energy strategic positioning, the development of biomass energy usher a new round of challenge of development in our country. As a big agricultural country, the production of crop straw is increasing year by year, and the treatment of crop straw become the most thorny problems for the new rural construction. Abandoning, misplacing and burning of straw not only waste the resource and pollute the air, but also give rise to a series of social problems. The government policy is the strong support for carry out the deep processing project to promote the development of straw feed, straw fuel, straw construction material etc into the green feed, green fuel and green construction material. The supporting of government policy resolve the trouble which bring by the simple processing of straw, it can found the new project to increase the income at the same time. At present, each province, city and autonomous region has bring the deep processing of crushing machine, straw pellet mill and straw briquetting charcoal into the government subsidy. This is a good business opportunity for the people who aspired to the development of biomass energy.
