Problem appeared in the working of pellet mill

There are many issues that we should pay attention to during using of pellet mill, especially for the detailed issues. Or it many appears the bad things. The next 6 points to prevent the bad things is what we should do.
1. The pellet has axial direction crack or diameter direction crack, high powdery rate and low production, the reason for that is low temperature for tempering and the material has bad curing degree. The temperature for tempering should be increased and the steam amount should be increased; it is possibly that the curter direction is far away and bland, the pellet is break with hitting or tearing but not cutting.



2. The pellet surface is not smooth with high powdery rate. The compression ratio is small, so the compression ratio should be increased and retrench the ring die.

3.The pellet has smooth surface, but the hardness is high. The reason is that the compression ratio is large, so the ratio should be decreased.

4. When the pellet has high moisture content, the output value is low. It often causes the blocking of the machine. The pressure reducing valve can not working or the trap is not working. Also, it can increase the tempering temperature. High temperature are advantageous to the advancement of curing degree, the moisture content is increasing 1% when temperature raise 11℃.



5.The feedstock of pellet is zigzag, the cutters space or the deflection scraping range should be adjusted.

6. As for the direction of two motor currencies has big difference, the tightness of belt should be adjusted, so the tightness of the two belts is the same.
