 1. The main properties and characteristics
①The packing machine is a combination of automatic weighing and filling, also integrated with sealing machine and package conveyer for pellet plant, so that to materials with varieties of kinds it can automatically weigh, pack and seal plastic bags.
②Computer high-speed sampling and processing, as well as the programmable control process ensure that it is universal to different packing demands.
③It is equipped with different feeding bodies and filling tubes with different sizes, so that it can meet packing requirements of different quantities of materials and different weighing ranges.
④It uses three speed to feed, which can guarantee weighing speed as well as weighing accuracy.
⑤The clock and time can show the automatic total number of packages, and it has printout interface.

2. Product structure
①Device structure:
  The packing scale is composed of main body, feeder, weighing hopper, computer-controlled instrument, pneumatic control components and so on.
②Feeder
 There are two kinds, namely single screw and curved door. The former is for flake powder materials while the latter for granular bulk materials. Screw feed method achieves fast or slow speed feeding through variable frequency speed controller adjusting speed of motor. However, curved door feeder can reach fast, medium or slow speed feeding respectively by a cylinder controlling the gate size for material input. The size of the medium-speed feeding door could vary based upon material’s physical properties such as capacity, grain sizes, as well as packing speed and accuracy.
③Weighing filling dipper
  Weigh by cylinder entrainment and packing materials.
④Computer-controlled system
   It consists of sensors, computer controller and displayer, achieving the display and control of weighing data.
⑤Pneumatic control system
  Composed of solenoid valve, cylinder, pneumatic triplet (oil-water separator, pneumatic conditioning), connector and so on.

3. Working Principles
When the sensor retains under pressure, micro-varying signals will occur, and after the handling of the computer, it will finish entrainment work and weighing control. When the computer receives external start-up signal (also called entrainment signal), a delayed judgment shall be done accordingly, and then the fast, medium and slow speeds collectively control the feeding door simultaneously and material will fill up packing bag. When reaching the fast feeding setting, the fast speed material gate closes and fast speed feeding stops. When the medium speed setting is hit, the medium speed material gate closes to stop medium feeding and the machine will enter into the period of micro feeding (that means material just trickling at a slow pace). When the weighing setting gets work, the simulated computer will stop feeding and record and keep the data. It will then release entrained clamps after sort of delay. Because the computer weighs in feeding continuously, in this regard, it is warning that do not use bare hands or other outer weight to touch the packing bag in case of personnel injury or damage to the packing scale.
