At the end of 2015, the power capacity is going to up to 78 billion kilowatthour. At present, the consumption of biomass energy for power generation is up to 700-800 million ton. In order to avoid of fight for the raw material with other biomass energy project, the focus of future development of biomass generation is not enlarge the scale, but to improve the utilization of energy through combined product with the densification fuel.

Two, blow out of development of pellet fuel
Action plan of prevention of air pollution propose that the coal consumption in Beijing, Tianjin, He Bei province and Shan Dong province should lower 830 million ton until the end of 2017. In order to achieve the aim, the plan also published the scheme of coal to gas. Our country has limited storage quantity of natural gas, the production is 94.8 billion m³ in 2010. in 2015, the plan is 156.5 billion m³ which increased about 61.7 billion m³。 Therefore, 100 billion m³ of natural gas needed to replace of the coal requirement in these regions.

It is said that the future plant of coal to gas in china are greatly depend on accomplishing of coal to pellet fuel. Currently, there are about 0.82 billion ton of straw and forestry residues in china. Until 2015, the production of briquette fuel is up to 100 million ton, and 500 million in 2020. At the same time, 5.2 million small and middle size coal burning stoves required 0.72 billion ton of alternatives to coal. Thus, the biomass pellet mill and biomass briquette machine has big market to replace of coal.

Three, the commercialization production of biomass gas is tending to mature.
Biomass gas has been developed rapidly in Europe. There are 124000 large scale biogas plants in 27 European countries in 2011, and the annual production is equal to over 10 billion biomass gas. In 2020, the amount is up to 45.9 billion m³.Among them, large scale biogas and biomass natural gas has been increase from 850 in 2000 to 4780 in 2009 in German. In 2006, the biomass natural gas produced in Sweden is 250 million m³, which are over the fossil fuel gas consumption.

Comparing with foreign country, there are plenty of natural gas resources in our country, the commercialization development is more mature. In recent years, there are commercialization BNG are in production and sales with annual production of over 10000 m³ in Guangxi province, Beijing, Shan dong province and Hainan province. As long as the policy and money is in position, it is facing a good opportunity to make great progress.

Four, fuel ethanol production aim at straw polygeneration
In 2002, the government developed the fuel ethanol which took the aged food as raw material. In 2006, the annual production of 15.2 million ton listed the N0.3 in the world. For the changing situation of food market, the government stopped the food ethanol but to encourage the non-food ethanol. The positive promotion of cellulose fibril ethanol has no result. The record of annual production of 15 million ton fuel ethanol has remained until now.

The cellulose fibril ethanol has not been conquered in the world, but it is expected to overcome the obstacle in the future 3-5 years. As the mature of foreign technology increasingly, many domestic manufacturers begin to produce construction material through polygeneration of hydrolytic enzymatic method pentose and hexose with biogas, fertilizer and lignin or the generation etc. Currently, there are still about 0.1 billion straws have been burned directly in the open air, while the polygeneration has lowered the single product processing cost. The polygeneration of fiber ethanol, biogas, briquette fuel, fertilizer and other products would be published widely.

Five, the biomass liquid fuel is developing to the direction of gasification
Based on the current technology level, about 1/3 of biomass constitutes of lignin can only be burned as fuel through consumption or thermal cracking. In the future, the technology of gasification would turn the biomass material into high quality biomass diesel, Light weight oil and airline kerosene. This technology revolution brings biomass raw material revolution which maybe changes billions of extensive area of land into the broad expanse biomass oilfield.
