Under the requirement of policy, the users used the biomass stove should be subsidized in rural area. The nation will give 950 Yuan to the user for each family, 700Yuan of them to the each set of biomass stoves, and 250Yuan of them to the briquette fuel. When purchasing stove and fuel, they will pay for the rest of the price except the subsidy to the manufacture. The county has adopted the pattern of creating the whole industry chain for the enterprise, giving first place to the creation of Bo Feng straw comprehensive utilization of professional cooperatives, operating through the commercial mode, taking charge of the collection of material, production and transportation of formation fuel, as well as the purchasing and installment of stoves and after sale service etc.

In the winter of 2014, the Yi County has given out 1285 biomass stoves, which realize the utilization of straw energy and improve the air quality significantly.
