1.Before putting into production of the machine, the mold should be polished for about 0.5-1 hour. The silver sand, bran, machine oil is mixed fully to polish. During the pelletizing, grease can be added to increase the production and decrease the wearing of mold.

2. Carefully examine the power electricity, which can not only protect the machine, but also protect the human safety. If the power resource has electricity leakage, poor contact, it is necessary to press the button and check it out. If the electricity currency is unstable, it may cause the burning of main machine of straw pellet mill or the adaptor.

3.During the operation of straw pellet mill, the machine can not be shaken which give rise to uneven sifting of screen with unqualified pellets. The machine must be fastened to avoid of affecting the efficiency and production.

4.If the mold is damaged, the new mold should be tried to purchase from the producers. The mold purchased from the other producers may have difference with the primary mold. It causes the poor matching with the compression roller and decreases the service life of machine. As for the quality issues of easy wearing parts, the wearing parts which purchased from the internet are bad in performance which greatly affect the work efficiency and service life of the whole machine.
 

5. Adjust the clearance between the die and roller every shift. When the pellet mill is blocked, you must ease off the roller, clear materials in inner wall of the die, adjust the clearance between the die and roller again, absolutely can't start forcibly, avoid the transmission parts and bearing guard damaged by suffering violent vibration.
 
6. After utilizing the pellet mill, you should take out the roller and wash it very carefully, then put it back after cleaning and get ready for the next use. If the pellet mill is not regularly used, you should make sure the pellet mill is well-preserved: clean the pellet machine, coat the surface with antirust oil, and then cover it with tarpaulin. Besides, the pellet mill needs to be placed in a clean and dry atmosphere. The acid as well as other mordant air should be avoided. 
 
7. Please carefully read the operation instructions before starting the pellet mill and follow the professional technicians reasonable guidance. Once the malfunction happens, you should immediately shut down for inspection and maintenance.
