Go Greener with KMEC Biomass Pellet Mill & Pellet Plant

Algerian alfafa pellet production line makes its debut

Feb 27, 2014 marked an important moment of extending alfafa pellet production lines to North Africa based upon professional plans and designs offered by Kingman (KMEC). Two Algerian customers paid a friendly and sincere visit to Kingman factory and general manager Evan Wang and sales manager Darren Chen accompanied them for the investment inspection and establishment of business relations.

ClientsVisit

The clients expressed great interest in KMEC technique and machinery manufacturing, especially pellet mill. In this regard, they held deepened talks with Evan Wang and Darren Chen about the setup of a 20MT/hr complete alfafa pellet plant in Sahara region where the material alfafa is widely growing and available. The material due to rich nutrition content and fibre substance is conducive to digestion and nutritional absorption for ruminant animals such as cattle, sheep, camel, deer, alpaca and antelope. Not only can the material be processed into biomass pellet fuel, but also the by-product of the material remains a quite valuable feed and forage ingredient for animal husbandry and poultry feeding via pelleting process.

In light of the perennial high temperature climate over there, the project excluding drying section consists mainly of material crushing, pelleting, cooling and sifting. The clients before their departure to Algeria had ordered the project to their satisfaction and the further design is now under way for their reference, because we would like to offer the most suitable design to each of clients meticulously. We will not only offer people-oriented equipment of pellet processing to facilitate pellet production, but also present the animal-oriented feed recipe to manufacture the good-quality and sanitary feed pellet with high nutrition to meet the demands for animal healthy growth.
