Factors restricted the yield of pellet mill

Due to the features of high efficiency, convenience and fast speed of pellet mill, it has been loved by the clients deeply. As the most important equipment for producing pellet feed, the yield of it has always been concerned by the users. During the practical operation, there are many factors which affect the yield of pellet mill with different method to deal with.

1. The quality of mold is one of the factors which affect the yield greatly.
The mold is the heart of pellet mill, which has big influence to the yield of pellet mill. It must use the original equipment manufacturer or the qualified mold and has strict requirement in the aspect of texture, hardness, and compression rate. Before operation, use the bran, silver sand, machine oil which mixed evenly according to certain proportion to polish the mold reasonably, patiently, carefully and completely. After 0.5-1 hours of polishing, feed the material for production directly without stopping the machine. The clearance of roller and ring die is not too big or small. If it is too big, the yield is low with low density pellets; if it is too small, the mechanical wearing is heavy which shorten the service life of mold. During the operation, the materials should be added with a little grease to increase the yield effectively and reduce the wearing of mold. When finished the production, a little bran combined with food oil are being used to compressed for 1-2 minutes which make the oil material stuffed with the ring die hole. So the machine can feed material at the next time of operation. This can not only maintain the mold and reduce the energy consumption, but also increase the yield.

2. The automation degree, structure and mechanical ability of pellet mill has unreasonable configuration relation  
The small scale pellet mill can feed feedstock by labor force; the discharging materials are dried under sunshine. But for middle and large size complete equipment, the collocation should be reasonable, completely and effectively. Like the crushing, stirring, magnetic device, mechanical feeding device, computer batching, monitor, mixing, cooling, stove, dedust device and the technology are necessary. Low saturation voltage, less function, small space room, insufficient steam pressure, frequent changing of raw materials and addictive, the heavy remained feedstock, imbalance of water ratio, the fastener of bearing at the transmission part is not in position and the leakage; the raw materials has big different with the model or mold and driving force, and the same kinds of other reasons affect the yield of pellet mill, feed pellet mill and pellet making machine. As long as we master the mutual configuration relationship, work with the regulations and make symptomatic treatment that the yield of pellet mill can be improved effectively.

3. The arrangement of working time is mistaken, and the preparation is not fully.
Some users lengthen the working time to increase the production which leads to heavy fatigue of operation personnel, the mechanical equipment work with heavy load or with problems. And the machines are not repaired, lubricating or cooling timely. The workers and machine work to rule or delay seriously. The prepared mold or wearing parts are not fully prepared, and the workers have less knowledge about the machine mold or the adapted raw materials. These issues look useless with the machine, but it has good return if we treated properly.
