How to avoid locking of reduction gears in biomass pellet machine?

In the production process of biomass pellet machine, constantly observe and daily maintenance of the equipment are essential to avoid the occurrence of locking of reduction gears. Then, what should be paid attention to during the production?


 
1. Observe the oil pressure, oil temperature and flow of reduction gears of biomass pellet machine. Once it is found abnormal, the operator need to stop the machine and clean the filter and oil nozzle, and then check the lubrication before use.
2. The lubrication of reducer bearing in biomass pellet machine should use the form of splash lubrication. When cleaning and reloading, proper amount of grease should be added in about 1/3 of the bearing space volume.
3. When it is found that the reducer vent of biomass pellet machine is blocked, the operator should turn off the power supply of the equipment, and remove the replacement gas to clean the filter screen, and then start the machine.
4. When the damage area to the tooth surface exceeds 20% along the direction of tooth length and tooth height, the gear shall be replaced in pairs. After replacement, the gear shall be running-in and make load test.
5. In the operation of biomass pellet plant, if the oil temperature of reduction gears is found to be 80℃ or 100℃, and the phenomenon such as abnormal noise occurs, the operator should shut down the power supply, check and replace lubricating oil after troubleshooting, then the biomass pellet machine may continue to run.
6. If the output shaft does not turn when the reducer is rolling, it is possible that the key connection of reducer is damaged. The operator need to disassemble the reducer for inspection.
