High manganese steel has 100 years of history with good toughness and work hardening under strong impact; carbon steel is the most common steel with simple manufacturing process and the lowest price, but its wear-resisting degree is insufficient. It can be used to press feed pellet, however, when pressing fuel pellet with higher lignin content, its service life is short and can not meet the requirements. High chromium alloy steel materials have high toughness and good wear resistance. They can meet the requirements of most of raw materials in practice, but the process is complex and the price is the highest. The roller bearing of the die must be clean with gasoline or diesel and inject the lubricating grease under normal production conditions within 30 days. During the operation of biomass pellet machine, the operator must ensure that there is no rock or iron in raw materials so as not to damage the die of biomass pellet machine. The biomass pellet machine should be preheated when working in winter, because the weather is cold and the stability is lower, so the preheating time should be longer. Materials can be fed after the temperature of die rising. It has something to do with increase of production and wear reduction of biomass pellet machine.
