The structure and working principle of ring die pellet machine

Ring die pellet machine is also called ring die pellet forming machine. Then, how does it work? When the ring die pellet machine is working, the material flows through the feeder and two scrapers on the front plate into the basin. Through the effect of centrifugal force, the material would be thrown continuously to the wall surface of the die and uniform circular material layer would be formed. Then, through the extrusion of roller and the pressure plate of relative rotation, the material would be gradually squeezed to the ring die to form the pellets. Then, the pellets would be squeezed out and cut by the cutting knife into the length of needed, finally pushed by the dial gradually to the discharge port.
