Ring die adjustment of sawdust pellet making machine

There would be some problems in the long time use of sawdust pellet making machine. As the main part for pressing the pellet fuel, ring die is easy to be damaged, thus reasonable adjustment is quite important. Then, how to adjust the ring die of sawdust pellet making machine?



1. Do not beat the rind die with hammer when adjusting the ring die of sawdust pellet making machine to avoid deformation and wear. Use a plastic hammer or block if needed. In order to make the ring die installed firmly, the surface of the sawdust pellet making machine should be kept clean, and the the clamping holder should be used to fix the die firmly. The worn die clamping device or axle pad can not make the die work normally. Loose fitting would lead to deflection and excessive stress of the die, roller and the transmission mechanism.
2. The clamping device should be checked with the measuring instrument when installing the new die. Magnets, blade and other cleaning devices are extremely important for the service life of the die.
3. Periodically clean and check the devices of sawdust pellet making machine to ensure that metals and other substances are removed continuously from the feed. The iron filings embedded in the die should be removed by punching or perforating through the outer end of the die hole. The holes in the die are carefully processed and highly polished. To keep the maximum production capacity for making wood pellets, the surface of the die hole must be maintained. If stopping the sawdust pellet making machine for more than half an hour or changing the die, the die should be filled with oil mixture. When the die is removed from the pellet machine, store it in a dry area. Besides, the new die should also be stored in a dry place to avoid rust.
