The advantages and application of pellet machine

Biomass pellet fuel is a kind of solid fuel made of corn stalk, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shell, corn cob, cotton, soybean pole, chaff, weed, branches, leaves, sawdust, tree bark and other solid wastes after crushing, pressing and molding of pellet machine under normal temperature. The density of raw materials is about 110-130kg/m3, and the particle density after molding is more than 1100kg/m3, which is extremely convenient for transportation and storage. Meanwhile, its combustion performance is greatly improved.



How to make wood pellets:
Raw material collection→crushing→drying→granulation→bagging and selling.
The raw materials should be stored in quantity timely according to different harvest time of the crops, and then they will be crushed and formed. Take care not to pack the pellets immediately after forming. Instead, the pellets should be cooled for 40 minutes and then packed and transported.

The characteristics of wood pellets:
The wood pellets produced by pellet machine have large specific gravity, and it is easy to store and transport. After forming, the volume of the material is 1/30~40 of its original volume, and the specific gravity is 10~15 times of the raw material (density: 0.8-1.4). The calorific value can reach 3400~6000kcal, which is the solid fuel of high volatile phenol.

Use of biomass pellet:
Pellet fuel produced by pellet machine is a new type of biological energy. It can replace wood, coal, oil, liquefied petroleum gas, widely used in heating, life stove, hot water boilers, industrial boilers, biomass power plant, etc.
