They were interested in the production process from pretreatment of raw material to packaging of pellets and then in Kingman factory, our staff passionately briefed french clients on technological process for biomass pelletization.

The clients decided to take an 8-hour work shift with employed operators and then they would work as operators themselves for another 5 hours working. Kingman is capable of offering a continuous production line to cater to their demands. Besides, they were during the visit intrigued about computer control system of electrical supply for the pellet line to minimize labor costs as much as possible and Kingman to this end has confidence in supplying required system.

We designed an optimized biomass pellet plant for french clients according to the stern situation of high labor costs across Europe covered with severe economic turmoil. We believe the operator-oriented pellet line not only will reduce investment for clients, but also lucratively bring in more business opportunities with regard to pellet market.

After inspection upon the on-going production of our constructed project in China, they were also sure of expanding production line in the near future based upon the marketing of biomass pellets produced from their first pellet plant. And Kingman would like to deepen business relation with them and enlarge the french market. Though wood pellet market has developed in an active way in France, its growth is relatively slow compared with its neighboring counties. The wood pellet plant can produce pellets 2 tons every hour through the process from wood log chipping, crushing, sifting to pelletizing, cooling and packing. The KMPM420 pellet mill plays a pivotal role in the pelletization.
