Operating principle of pulse dust collector

Sawdust pellet mill line is composed of hammer mill, conveyer, pellet mill, cooler, packing machine,storage bin etc. In order to alleviate air pollution, large briquette production line is equipped with dedusting system. Brief introduction of operating principle of pulse dust collector is introduced below.

 

The dust-borne air enters the box, due to the expanding of air stream volume, followed by a sudden drop of stream flow, the bigger particle dust fall in material pool. And the rest are filtered by the fabric filter, where the dust is accumulated on the outer surface of the bags and the cleaned air enters venture tube and discharged from upper outlet.  As time goes on, the dust will increase on the outer surface of filter bags, hence the resistance through these bags, reducing the filtering effect. It is an appropriate way to conform the resistance controlled in regulated range to clear up the outer dust on the outer surface of fabric filter. 

 

 Cleaning ash begin with pulse controller sending signals to every pulse controller and opens the valves in proper sequence, infect compressed air in the air bag into the related venture tube. As a result, the compressing air in the air bag flow through the hole of jet pipe to the filtering bag( it is called once wind). When the air is being induced several times than once wind into fabric during high speed air flow via venture tube, causing fabric suddenly expansion.(it is called second wind). Because the two winds form a strong air reverse to the filter air and make the filter bag suddenly shrink and expansion and shrink, because of impact of opposite pulse air flow which remove the dust on the surface of filter bag. Cleaning ash begins in several filter bags by turns at the same and doesn’t cut down the dust air needed to clean. So the pressure of deduster and the volume of air dose not change in ash handling. That’s the advancement of pulse bag dust collector.

 

Dust is often produced during the process of pellet. We advise large pellet mill  production line to equip with pulse dust collector and to alleviate air pollution.
