Matters need to pay attention to in daily operation of biomass pellet machine

When using the biomass pellet machine, users should pay attention to the following key problems to ensure the safe use of the equipment:



(1) After installing the biomass pellet machine, the operator shall carefully check whether it is installed in place, and check whether the screws in each part are tightened. Check whether the motor pulley and the spindle pulley of belt drive type are parallel, and at the same time check whether the tension of the belt is appropriate. For gear transmission pellet machine, the operator should check whether the gear oil is sufficient.
(2) The biomass pellet machine should be placed on the flat and dry hardened ground. It can be fixed with cement.
(3) Before the biomass pellet mill starts up, first turn the roller by hand to check whether the operation is flexible and normal, whether the roller has collision with the die, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is correct, and whether the lubricating part of the pellet machine is well lubricated.
(4) The biomass pellet machine should be idled for 1 to 2 minutes after starting up, and the feeding should be uniform after no abnormal phenomena. If the biomass pellet mill is found to have noise, excessive temperature of bearing and machine body or spraying materials outward, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
(5) Before the biomass pellet machine works, the operator shall carefully check the materials to prevent metal, stone and other hard objects from entering the compression chamber and causing machine damage and other accidents.
(6) The biomass pellet machine should be lubricated once every 10 hours to the roller and main shaft bearing.
(7) After 300 hours of operation of the biomass pellet mill, the bearing of the roller shall be cleaned and the lubricating oil of the roller shall be replaced. When adding lubricating oil, it is better to fill a third of the gap of bearing, not more than a half.
(8) After 1500 hours of operation, the main shaft bearing shall be cleaned and replace the lubricating oil of main shaft. When the main shaft is lubricated with lubricating oil, it is better to fill a third of the space of the bearing, not more than 1/2.
(9) The biomass pellet machine shall stop feeding before stopping the machine, and then cut off the power supply to stop the machine after all the material is discharged. Clean and maintain the machine after stopping.
