How to solve the large noise in the production of biomass pellet machine

Solution: Adjust the clearance in time.
Reason 5: The cause of the roller in pellet machine, old and new rollers are used together or the roller wears or get damaged.
Solution: Replace the roller.
Reason 6: The formulas used in the production is difficult for granulating.
Solution: Adjust the formula appropriately to eliminate the influence.
Reason 7: The steam supply of pellet machine is short or the pressure changes.
Solution: Check whether the steam pipe line, the system pressure and pressure reducing valve are normal;
Reasons 8: There are impurities in the granulating chamber.
Solution: Remove impurities in the granulating storehouse before production of pellet plant.
Reason 9: The bearing of main shaft wears or damages.
Solution: Replace the bearing when necessary.
