1. The wood needs to be crushed, and the material with high water content requires natural drying, so it needs a larger site.
2. In the production process of wood pellets, it is necessary to observe the pellet forming at any time. If the forming effect is poor, it is necessary to pay attention to the moisture of raw materials and whether the machine is abnormal.
3. The wood pellet machine needs to be preheated, and it needs to be started up 1 hour in advance every day to preheat.
4. During the production of wood pellets, heat will be generated due to friction. If the temperature is moderate, electric heating can be stopped.
5. Pay attention to the current in the production process. If the feeding speed is controlled well, the current value can be reduced without affecting the production efficiency so as to reduce energy consumption.
6. The power supply must leave some margin for adding equipment, such as adding power capacity of wood pellet machine, crusher and other equipment.
7. Each machine needs three people to operate, two for feeding and one for bagging. As the crop straw is light, the feeding frequency and the labor intensity are higher, so the operators can bag in turn and rest alternately.
8. Due to dust pollution in the working environment, workers must be protected.
9. There are certain risks in the crushing machine and molding machine, and safety precautions should be taken.
10. Pay special attention to the fire prevention at the site. If the raw materials catch fire at the site, they cannot be saved.
11. The production of wood pellets seems simple, but it is closely related to the type, water content of raw materials and the operating personnel.
