What factors would affect the output of straw pellet mill?

Straw pellet mill is favored by a large number of users due to its high efficiency, convenience, speed and other advantages. However, as the main production tool of biomass pellet fuel, the production of straw pellet mill has always been concerned by the majority of users. In the actual operation of straw pellet mill, there are many factors that would affect the output of straw pellet mill.

1. The quality of die in straw pellet mill is an important factor affecting the output. As the heart of the straw pellet mill, its quality is of great importance to the output of the straw pellet mill. The die of the original factory or conform to the quality standards must be used and there are strict requirements on the material, hardness and compression ratio of die. Before use, grind the die with the mixture of bran, fine sand and oil in a certain proportion for 30 minutes to an hour. Then, you can feed material into the biomass pellet machine directly without stopping. The gap between the roller and the ring die shall not be too large or too small. If it is too large, the yield is lower and particle density of pellets is poor; while if it is too small, it would shorten the service life of the die due to serious wear.

A little grease can be added to the raw material, which can effectively increase the output and reduce the die wear. At the end of the production, mix the oil with a small amount of bran and squeeze it for another minute or two to fill the die hole so that it can be put into production when the next work is started. It can keep the die in good condition, reduce the energy consumption and increase production.  Therefore, when choosing the straw pellet mill, users must check the situation of the die carefully and pay attention to the condition of the die in the production. If damaged, replace the die in a timely manner.
 
2. Unreasonable relationship between automation degree, structure, mechanical performance and mutual configuration.
Manual feeding and natural drying can be used in the production of small machines, but for large and medium-sized complete sets of equipment (or unit), there must be reasonable, complete and effective equipment, such as crushing, mixing, iron removal device, mechanical feeding, computer batching, simulation monitoring, mixing, cooling, boiler, dust removal and other equipment and technology. Low electric pressure, narrow site, insufficient steam pressure, frequent replacement of raw materials and additives, serious material residues, imbalance of moisture ratio, improper lubrication and fastening of transmission parts are all the factors affecting the output of straw pellet mill. Only grasp the performance of each part and the relationship between the configuration, compliance with the regulations can improve the effective output of biomass pellet machine.
