1, The main body: the machine body of biomass pellet mill is an independent rectangular cylinder, the sealing bearing seat on the upper machine body is connected with powder bucket, which reaches out of the body. 2, Pelletizing device: rotating drum is lying under the powder bucket with the bearing seat in the front and back. Reversing rotation can be achieved through the transmission of rack. The front bearing cover in the end face is removable type. When installation, the bearing cover and rotating roller can be pulled out as long as screwing off a wing nut. There are convex square rings embedded in the bearing at both ends placing the roller. Thus, the greasy dirt would not permeate in the powder and get the machine stopped.
3, The reducer: biomass pellet mill adopts worm gear drive with 1:12 speed ratio. Oil can be stored in it to ensure good lubrication performance of the gear without any noise. The sight glass is equipped to observe the working conditions and the oil reserves. eccentric shaft is equipped out of the worm gear to drive rack for reciprocating movement.
4, The sieve pinch: The sieve pinch of biomass pellet mill is equipped on either side of the rotating drum. It is made of steel tube with a long slot in the middle. Both ends of the sieve can be embedded in the groove.
5, The motor frame: the motor is installed on the iron plate, when the screw bolt is rotated, the motor moves up and down for adjusting the belt.
