Influence of screen in the production of pellet plant

The production of pellet plant would gradually decline for using for a long time and can not meet the production requirements. There are multiple causes of the production decline of pellet plant, may be the improper operation of users in the use of pellet plant that make some parts of the machine damaged or the installation of pellet plant is no right or not conform to the requirements of the standard. In short, production decline is a headache problem, affecting the development of the enterprise. 1. The length of the mesh screen determines the screening efficiency and the width of the screen determines the production of pellet plant. In order to increase the production, we can adjust the feeding way to make the material flows along the full screen width, which not only improve the production, but also make very good use of the screen and avoid the phenomenon of idle resources;
2. Improve the mesh opening rate of pellet plant: the greater the opening rate, the more materials will flow through the screen mesh per hour, which can improve the screening effect and the production of pellet plant;
3. Wet sieving is used to increase the production and reduce dust pollution produced by the material in the screening process, also very beneficial for environmental protection. To reduce the blocking phenomenon of screen mesh, bouncing balls and ultrasonic device can be used to clean the sieve. If the screen mesh get blocked, it will reduce the amount of material through the screen mesh, thus reducing the production. Therefore, keeping the sieve pore smooth is also one of the good ways to increase production.
4. Increase the power of the motor. Motor power is the main source of power for screening work. Increase the motor power appropriately can increase the production of pellet plant;
5. The dip angle of pellet plant can be adjusted. The appropriate angle is beneficial to reduce the thickness of the material and realize thin layer screening. As we all know, too large feed rate would lead to serious material accumulation, which not only result in the decrease of the efficiency of screening, but might damage the screen mesh;
6. Reduce the blocking rate of screen mesh, more bouncing balls and ultrasonic device can be used to help to clean the sieve. If the screen mesh get blocked, it will reduce the amount of material through the screen mesh, thus reducing the production. Therefore, keeping the sieve pore smooth is also a good way to increase production.
