If material itself has no adhesive force, then biomass pellet produced by the pellet plant is formless or easy to broken in the transportation. Thus, if you found that materials with no adhesive can be pressed into biomass pellet or briquette, perhaps they are processed by fermentation or may be joined with the adhesive. This is also very important.

3, There are strict requirements on the moisture of material. After materials are fed into the pellet plant, it is necessary to maintain the moisture of material in a range after broken of raw material. Too dry of raw materials would affect the forming, while materials with too large moisture are easy to loose. Thus, the moisture content of material also affects the production of pellet plant. Although the moisture demand of materials is different for different manufacturers, the moisture content of finished products before selling is necessary to reach below 13%, which is the standard that keeps straw pellet products from getting mouldy or bad.
