How to solve the shake of shaft of biomass pellet machine

The shaft of biomass pellet machine is associated with the concentricity of the pellet machine. If the concentricity is larger than 0.05 mm, it will affect the service life of biomass pellet machine. Besides, there will be big noise and badly worn of the main shaft.



The operator need to find out the reason carefully: one of the possible reasons is that the internal bearing of the biomass pellet machine damaged. You need to check the bearing, if bearing has damaged, change it in time. Clearance between roller and die is not proper so that the equipment can not balance the work; The pore of safety pin installed and the proper position of pin shaft is too large. We can add a washer to strengthen it. First of all, check whether the main shaft is tightened, remove the back refueling system and the shaft gland to check whether the belleville spring is in deformation or not. If the spring flatten, you should replace it with a new belleville spring (the number and assembly location of belleville spring should be consistent with the one before disassembling). Then, tighten the lock screw on the main gland. Start the biomass pellet machine and check whether the shaft is shaking or not. If it is still shaking, you should remove the gland and pad it with a copper bar. Remove the main shaft with a sledgehammer in the direction of the ring die, then remove the main shaft sealing cover and check whether the bearing of shaft is in good condition. If the clearance is too large, you should remove the bearing to replace it with a new bearing. Then, install the main shaft in order and fasten it again. Pay attention that in the process of shaft installation, the bearing inner ring should be placed, then the main shaft can be assembled in place.Under normal circumstances, after assembly in place, both sides of the end face of main shaft should away from the driving wheel end at around 10 mm. If you found that the spline fitting clearance, key groove fitting clearance or safety pin fitting clearance is too large or out of round of the wall of ring die, you must replace the above parts. After installing the main shaft, idling the pellet machine to check the shaking condition.

In conclusion, when the main shaft of biomass pellet machine shakes with big noise, first check whether the shaft is tightened up or not. You can remove the back refueling system and the shaft gland to check whether the belleville spring is deformed. If the belleville spring is flat, then it should be changed with a new one. And then, you can tighten the the lock screw on the main gland and check whether the shaft is still shaking. If the main shaft still shakes, then remove the main gland and pad with a copper bar. Use the sledgehammer to remove the main shaft in ring die direction, then remove the main shaft sealing cover and check whether the bearing is in good condition. Generally speaking, if the clearance is too large, you should remove the bearing to replace it with a new bearing, then install the shaft in order and fasten it. In the process of shaft installation, the operator need to pay attention to the position of the bearing inner ring. In general, the distance of both sides of the shaft end and rotating wheel should be kept at about 10cm.
