How to solve the slipping of roller in biomass pellet plant

Frequent slipping of roller in biomass pellet plant is mainly caused by the too large clearance between the main shafts of pellet machine that the roller can not press materials tightly in the operation of biomass pellet plant. To solve the slipping problem of the roller, the operator just need to narrow the distance between the two main shafts of pellet machine. In addition, if the bearing of the roller is installed too tight, it would also lead to the mechanical slippage phenomenon occurring in the pelletizing of biomass pellet plant. Besides, the roller should be replaced regularly.

If the moisture content of materials used in the production of biomass pellet plant is larger, or too much steam is inputted into the pellet machine during conditioning process so that the internal moisture content in the pellet machine is larger. In the production of biomass pellet plant, the excess lubrication of water would lead to the sliding of die and roller, so that biomass pellets cannot be produced. Then, the operator should reduce the inlet amount of steam into the pellet machine in order to make the material moisture content controlled in a reasonable range.

Moreover, serious wear of the die and roller in pellet machine due to long time using would also lead to slipping of pellet machine and affect the normal processing of biomass pellets. In that case, the operator should replace the new die and roller timely.

The operation and maintenance of belt drive pellet plant is convenient, but the operator need to check tightness of the belt regularly. If the belt tension adopts manual adjusting mechanism, it may slip or get burnt because of the wear in use and not timely maintenance. The hydraulic automatic tensioning technology of belt in biomass pellet plant tensions the belt through an oil cylinder. The oil pressure of the oil cylinder from the hydraulic pump and it can be adjusted in order to meet the requirement of belt tension. Before starting the pellet plant, first start the hydraulic pump and tense the belt according to the setting tension, and remained constant in the operation of pellet machine. Thus, the belt would not get loose after wearing. At the end of the work, turn off the hydraulic pump after the pellet machine stopped completely. When the pressure of oil cylinder disappears, the belt loosens, which can protect the belt and prolong its service life.
