1, Biomass fuel takes crops like corn stalk, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shell, corn cob, cotton, soybean pole, chaff, weed, branches, leaves, sawdust, tree bark and other solid wastes as raw material. After crushing, pressing, densifying and molding with biomass pellet plant, they can be processed into small sticks, which can be used as solid fuel. Pellet fuel is produced under ambient temperature conditions through extruding of sawdust, straw and other raw materials with the roller and ring die. The density of raw material is generally about 110-130 kg/m3, while the density of pellet is larger than 1100 kg/m3, which is convenient for transportation and storage. At the same time, it greatly improves the combustion performance.

2, The process of biomass pellet
Raw material collecting -- crushing -- drying -- pelletizing -- molding -- bagging and selling 
A large amount of raw materials should be stored timely according to different harvest time of crops. Then, crushing and molding the materials. Don't bag the pellet with packing machine immediately after molding due to the thermal expansion. Bagging and transporting the pellets after cooling for 40 minutes.

3, The characteristics of the biomass pellet fuel
Pellet fuel after molding has large relative density, small size, flame retarding and easy storage and transportation. The volume of pellets after forming is 1/30~ 40 the size of the raw material, the relative density is 10 ~ 15 times of raw material ( with density of 0.8-1.4). The calorific value of biomass pellet can be up to 3400 ~ 6000 calories, thus it is a solid fuel with high volatile phenol.

4, The application of biomass pellet plant
Pellet fuel produced by biomass pellet plant is a new type of biological energy, it can be used to replace wood, coal, oil, liquefied gas, etc. At present, pellet fuel is widely used in heating, pellet stove, hot water boilers, industrial boilers, biomass power plant, etc.
