The difference between straw pellet machine and feed pellet machine

Straw pellets can be used as an alternative heating fuel to oil and gas when being burnt in the biomass boiler. As a kind of biomass fuel, straw pellets contain a relatively high amount of volatile ingredients, which makes it burning effectively. Straw pellet machine is often used to produce straw pellets. The following is the difference between straw pellet machine and feed pellet machine.



Straw pellet machine:
Straw pellet machine is the pellet machine with high pressure, high stability, good heat dissipation and it can run for a long time. The commonly used pellet machine on the market is the vertical ring die pellet machine, for the vertical ring die pellet machine can be used to process all kinds of biomass materials. 
The way of feeding: keep the die of straw pellet machine flatwise with the opening up. Feed the material from the top directly. Since the small specific gravity of sawdust, it would be thrown all around by the rotation of press roller to be made into uniform pellets.
Means of pelletizing: the press roller of straw pellet machine rotates and the die is standing so that the pellets will not be thrown and get broken twice.
Machine structure: the straw pellet machine opens upward, which is good for heat dissipation. It is also equipped with a set of air cooling bag filter and automatic refueling system.
Equipment operation: the main shaft of the straw pellet machine is placed vertically with large cast steel bearing. Its bearing does not bear any pressure, thus it has longer service life.
Equipment stability: the straw pellet machine separates material through the rotation of press roller so that uneven distribution of weight or vibration would not produced.
 
Feed pellet machine:
Usually, the feed pellet machine is featured with high temperature, easy curing, small pressure and higher yield. The common feed pellet machine used on the market is horizontal ring die pellet machine.
The way of feeding: the ring die is placed vertically, the feeding of materials is from top to bottom.
Means of pelletizing: the ring die rotates and the press roller is standing. The feed pellet machine works in high speed with high output.
Machine structure: since the pelleting chamber is sealed, the pellets would be in high temperature in the process of pelleting due to the extrusion.
