What's the installation process of straw pellet machine?

The installation of straw pellet machine is simple if you know some mechanical principle and understand the installation instructions. But the details of the various parts of the installation are rarely noticed, and today we are talking about the details of the parts in the installation of the straw pellet machine.



1. Lubrication of parts
There are many parts that need lubrication in the straw pellet machine: mainshaft bearing, roller bearing, conditioner, feeder, etc. The lubrication of these parts is directly related to the service life and output of the equipment. Therefore, regular lubrication of these parts should be made after installation during the production process. Of course, the lubricating oil used in lubrication is also different according to different temperatures. Generally, lubricating oil with viscosity value of 325 is used in winter, and lubricating oil with viscosity value of 280 is used in the rest of the season.

2. Bearing clearance
The clearance of the bearing is generally 120 ~ 160um. If the clearance is too large and exceeds 1mm, it would lead to the vibration of the pellet machine and wear of the bearing. Therefore, if the equipment vibration increases and the noise exceeds the normal range in the test running, the equipment should be turned off and adjust the bearing clearance immediately, and the new bearing should be replaced if the wear is too serious.

3. Installation of roller
The standard of roller after installing is evenly spaced with the ring die and the clearance is less than 0.2mm. There is no friction at the time of idling. If there is any noise, stop immediately so as not to wear down the roller and shorten its service life.

4. The position of the scraper
There are three scrapers with different sizes on the front board of pellet machine and the position of installation should be noticed. Facing the front plate, install in the large, small and middle scrapers placed at half past five in clockwise direction. There are three scrapers on the main shaft plate. Above are two of the same size and the bottom is a long deflector scraper.

Though the installation process of straw pellet machine is simple, users should also pay attention to the details. Only by paying attention to the above four details, can we extend the service life of the equipment.
