Daily maintenance of biomass pellet machine can bring more profit to users, so how to lubricate and maintain the biomass pellet machine in daily production?



Lubrication of biomass pellet machine:
1. The box body of the machine is equipped with a fuel gauge, which should be filled in before starting. During the operation, it can be added according to the temperature rise and operation condition of each bearing.
2. There must be engine oil in the worm gear case body all the time and all the worm gear should immerse in the oil. If the machine is used regularly, it is required to change the oil once every three month.
3. Do not let the oil spill out of the cup when the machine is refueling or flow around the machine and on the ground, because oil would contaminate the material easily, affecting the quality of product.

Maintenance of biomass pellet machine:
1. Check the machine parts every month, including the worm gear, worm, bolt on the lubrication block, bearings and other movable parts. Repair the machine timely one fault is found.
2. The pellet machine shall be kept in a dry and clean indoor use, and shall not use in places containing acid or corrosive gas in the atmosphere.
3. When the machine is finished working or stops, the rotating roller should be taken out to clean and brush the remaining powder in the hopper, and then install it to prepare for the next use.
4. When the roller is moving forward and backward in the operation, please adjust the M10 screw of the front bearing to the appropriate position. If gear shaft moves, adjust the M10 behind the bearing bracket to the appropriate location. Adjusting the clearance until the bearing has no noise and the tightness of belt pulley is appropriate. Too tight or too loose belt pulley can make the machine damaged.
5. If the pellet machine shall not be used for a longer time, it must be wiped clean and the surface of the machine should be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with a cloth cover.
