The assembly process of the roller in ring die sawdust pellet mill is as follows:



1. In the operation of the ring die pellet mill, if the operator find that the electric current is too large and the temperature of pelleting chamber is too high, then he should check whether the roller clearance changes or not and whether the clearance between the roller and ring die increases. If it is found abnormal, he should inform the maintenance man to adjust the roller clearance or adjust the clearance between the roller and ring die;
2. If no other abnormal situation is found, the repairman who specializes in the maintenance of pellet mill should adjust the clearance to make it meet the requirements of production if the clearance is too large;
(The bearing clearance of roller is an important factor that would affect the normal use of the roller. Thus, the operator should check and adjust the bearing clearance of roller regularly. The standard of the bearing clearance is that in the case of no oil resistance, pull the eccentric shaft by hand, there should be no move and the rotating should be flexible at the same time so that when we install the roller, there would be no need to add grease. The bearing can be dipped into the 40 # engine oil before installation. After the roller being installed, add the grease.)
3. When dismounting the roller, first remove the eccentric shaft in the roller device with hydraulic jack. Then, remove the outer ring of bearing with special tools;
4. Check the the roller parts removed carefully check and replace the accessories that can't be used timely;
5. Clean the removed parts with the diesel, then wash them with clean diesel again and wipe with cotton cloth. Put them on a clean plastic bag or other clean flat object;
6. When installing the device, press the outer ring of bearing into the fixed position of roller shell, and then put the inner ring of bearing into it and add the high temperature resistant lubricating grease. Then, install the other bearing with the same way;
7. Install the high temperature resistant oil seal and snap spring;
8. Assemble the dust cover;
9. Adjust the clearance of roller, fix the gland nut, spring leaf press as well as the clearance of roller.
