How to stop the wood pellet mill at work? Though it is just a little step, it can not be ignored. The order of stopping the wood pellet mill is on the contrary with the order of starting up the machine. Stop the related equipment according to the process sequence from the front to rear. When the material leveling device of pelleting bin shows that there is no material, then open the hand feeding door and check the material flow of material entrance of wood pellet mill.



When the material flow of wood pellet mill decreases significantly, manual feeding of cooler should be made to increase the material flow back to the machine so that the amount of material flow in the material entrance of wood pellet mill would increase to ensure the quality of pellet. At the moment, pay attention whether there is blockage of the feed tube back to the machine. If the feed tube is blocked, then stop manual feeding of the cooler. If the feed tube is not blocked, then waiting for the observation of material feeding in the material entrance.

When all of the material in the tube are discharged. Then, discharge the material in the cooler after waiting for several minutes, which can ensure that there is only few material back to the wood pellet mill in the tube and reduce the pollution for the next production.

Stop steam or water supply and stop the feeding of cooler, feeder, conditioner, and then clean the ring die with oily materials, such as chaff or soybean. Then, stop the main motor of wood pellet mill. 
Examination of the granulating system of wood pellet mill: check whether there are accumulated materials in the cooler, hoisting machine, feed tube back to the machine, centrifugal separator and material sizing screen, etc. At last, turn off the main power of the granulating system and make a cleaning of small pellet mill.
